By accessing or using the Sesh mobile application and the seshapp.live website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sesh is a music organization platform that allows users to upload, store, organize, and share audio content. Features include channels, playlists, tagging, comments, and shareable playlist links.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

"User Content" refers to any audio files, metadata, comments, tags, playlist names, and other materials you upload or create through the Service.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.
• You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses for any audio content you upload.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Upload malicious files or code.
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited content.

6. Shared Links

• When you share a playlist link, the content becomes accessible to anyone with the link.
• You may add password protection to shared links.
• You may enable or disable comments on shared links.
• You can revoke shared links at any time by disabling sharing on a playlist.
• You are responsible for the content you share and who you share it with.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Sesh and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your User Content.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
